Education - acted for the Council for Legal Education, the Inns of Court School of Law and the Common Professional Examination Board in numerous cases brought by Bar vocational students.

Landlord and Tenant - especially for groups of lessees owning their own freeholds; service charge disputes; leasehold enfranchisement. 

Public Enquiries - acted for Prosecution Counsel in Sir John May's Inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the convictions arising from the bomb attacks in Guildford and Woolwich in 1974 (the Maguire Seven and Guildford Four miscarriages of justice).

Joined Stitt & Co upon qualification, following education at Downside and Kingston Polytechnic: BA (Hons) Law. Known for his Bar-related work, Peter also plays a leading role in the on-going debate over the laws on privacy and breach of confidence. Working knowledge of French.
